Music Software - Windows 10 issue

Hello friends,

I use a software to edit music. When clicking to edit and add effects to a sound track, a microsoft help page opens my Edge browser. Any action i do in the edit panel causes the same to happen and soon a cascade of pages opens, giving me a hard to time to mix a track... nearly impossible to finish a service.

I am wondering if it is possible to make windows 10 indifferent to the 'accidental' call of the software. It seems that when clicking is done, it misleads windows 10 as if one is asking for help.

In the forum of the software i didn't get any answers  to my posted issues and, also, i don't get direct support. This is why i am coming here.

I will be very thankful to any light on this.
