I have been running win10 for 2 years on Dell laptop. 2 days ago my desktop went blank and all my desktop icons disappeared. My recycle bin has also disappeared My start menus still works I can see my desktop in windows file explorer, but can't see it on the desktop screen. I can't see any icon for recycle bin. I read a lot of help advice about personalization of the desktop, but it says nothing about regaining my icons
