Remix 3D Preview and Xbox Live Profiles Will be Merged
Microsoft is modifying changes to its 3D community for creators called Remix 3D. Starting April 30th, 2017, all Remix 3D preview profiles will become Xbox Live profiles. The decision doesn't put an to the Windows 10 Creators Update efforts, but further reduces the need for users to create another profile for another community. Here are some more details:

Thanks for helping us get Remix3D.com ready for the world!
We wanted to let you know that on April 30th, 2017, all Remix 3D preview profiles will become Xbox Live profiles. That means you'll just have one profile, tied to your Microsoft Account, which you can use for Remix 3D and Xbox experiences.
What does that mean for me?
If you already have an Xbox Live profile associated with your Microsoft Account, you’ll see your existing gamertag and pic on Remix 3D the next time you sign on. Nice!
If you don't already have an Xbox Live profile, you'll need to choose a new profile name ("gamertag") and pic ("gamerpic"). We'll guide you through next time you sign in.
How can I choose a new profile name ("gamertag") or pic ("gamerpic")?
Head over to Remix3D.com anytime between now and April 30th, 2017 to create a new name for your Remix 3D profile.
After April 30th, 2017, we will make a new profile for you, so you won't lose your stuff from the Remix 3D preview.
If I miss the April 30th, 2017 deadline, can I change the profile I'm given?
If you don’t like the new profile we make for you, no hard feelings! You can change it once for free.
Go to Remix3D.com > My stuff > Edit profile to make the change.

Remix 3D is the social aspect of Paint 3D, where you can publish your completed projects and also find content you can incorporate into your project. Members can view existing 3D models from other community members, upload their own or search for something they need. Models can be saved to a project board for use in future projects.
