Hello, when I installed W10 the default language was UK-English and when I tried to REPAIR to change the language to US-English (see attachment), the pull-down menu ONLY has UK-English as an  option and would appreciate help in changing the language from UK-English to US-English.

Hello Boblink and Welcome to windows10help.

 

Use the Windows key + I keyboard shortcut to open the Settings app.

Click Time & language.

Click Region & language.

Under Languages, click Add a language.
