Error Code 0x803f7003 when Installing New Apps in Windows 10 Microsoft Store

After installing Windows 10, I went into the Windows 10 Store and clicked - Check for Updates. All apps that were pre-installed updated as normal (MSN Weather for example) however when I try to install new apps, they die during the status message - Acquiring License.

I've tried the handy wsreset.exe command however it's not helping me.

Anyone else running into this issue? Are you able to install new apps in the MS Store?

HI Patty - did you ever find a solution? Did it start working for you?
