It is! However, on my test system, still not everything is working correctly. I will be happy when the real final version arrives so I can do a clean install.

Let us know how things go for you Paul!

The upgrade went smoothly. There is just one small thing just now, I cannot delete or rename some folders in the favorites menu. I could not do that in the previous build either. Any ideas?

Not off the top of my head. Like I said, my system has some of the same quirks as it has throughout the Insider program.

There are going to be several more fixes and updates released between now and the 29th when it goes live, so hopefully everything gets smoothed out. But to be honest, I can't wait to do a clean install.

This latest build seems to have changed my permissions. Suddenly I have to authorize myself to add or make changes to folders. Does anybody know of an easy fix for this?
