Any way to change W10 notification duration to less than one second OR decrease notification size by at least 50%?

Recommended Posts

Long story short: I am relying on notifications as a timer of sorts in a program, and every time the notification pops up, it displays directly over what I need to click on once the notification appears, forcing me to first close the notification, then click the button below. (this is something that I need to do every 15-20 seconds for 30+ minutes at a time, so I can't just "deal with it", otherwise I would.)

This actually wouldn't be a problem if the click area for the notification wasn't twice the size of the notification itself, as I can still see about half the button I need to click on.

I have been looking into this for the last hour or so, but Google seems to have changed their algorithm recently and I honestly can't find JACK.
