  1. I posted this once and haven't gotten any responses, so going to try again. My desktop computer keeps saying i have a dns server problem. I a have re-booted, and it would work for a day or two and back to the same problem. I will not connect to the internet, so i have done a trouble shoot and its saying i have a dns server problem. Not sure how this could of happened, interested in knowing that too. Please need help.
  2. I have been having trouble with my desktop computer. Not sure when it started, but have re- booted and it would work for a day or two and back to the same issue. I says my DNS server is trying to access something that does not exist and to contact the network administrator, not connected to internet. Not sure what that means at all. I have a lap top computer which I am using now so this one is connected. So please anyone that can help I would appreciate it. Please explain in easy terms, don't know all the technology terms. Thank you
  3. Hello, I just bought a new computer with windows 10 on it. I had tried to get into my insurance information (files) and all I get is a bunch of letters and numbers all jumbled together. So I downloaded adobe reader thinking that's what I needed. Well that didn't work. It has to do with my computer because the tech at the insurance sight had no problems on there end with my computer. Can someone help. I use this information a lot and need to see it. Thank you
