Thanks Profiler! I'll go through the article first

I backed up my computer -- started the download process to upgrade to Windows 10. About half way through the download, it stopped and came back with a failed message: WindowsUpdate_80004004" "WindowsUpdate_dt000. Has anyone ever seen this or know what I should do next? Help please! Thanks
