  1. What will the DVD player accept? Most of the USB Thumb drives up to 64GB come factory-formatted as FAT32 but Windows can't do that, has a limit of 32GB with a single-file-size of 4GB, I have gotten into the 128GB or larger yet. Many devices not built for Windows can't work with NTFS. If wanting to change the format of a drive I use either the downloaded GPARTED .iso file used as the Source to create the bootable LiveCD or on a Linux machine use that .iso file as the Source for the built-in USB Image Writer, it can do FAT32 much larger, I've done a 500GB HDD. There may still be limits but depends upon the DVD player, neither of mine can play anything but DVDs.
