I have tried this on my Citrix VDI and as we know, There has always been Windows 10 available at no cost, to upgrade from previous Windows or to do a Clean Install. You will need a Windows 7, or 8 product Key to activate. https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

Windows 10 is smart enough , and the defender is well equiped for any of latest treats, but still if you want to go for an antivirus, i would suggest go for Eset, its well managed and dont make unwanted interference with our daily used softwares. -

Did you delete all the partiions from Driver(Advance) option. that will avoid the duall boot and give you the Install option

Why dont you make a seprate folder for Pictures, and add your personnal pics on to them so when you want to upload any pic you can straight go to the folder and select the picture. I follow a simple rule of segregatting my pics according to year or occasion so it becomes easy to find them when i want.
