  1. I'm wondering if I'm having a hard drive failure. How can you tell if that's the problem? I have had to do a reversal to Windows 7 3 times now as the PC won't boot at some point. I can't system restore, I can't do system repair or recovery. I have to go back to Windows 7 every time. I had an online chat with Norton & they ran a tool to see if I had a virus but found nothing. They said it was an OS problem. Anyone have any ideas? I did a sfc /scannow but it showed no integrity problems. 2. I was having problems with Mail & the run command. I talked to MS & ended up creating a new user account. We transferred all files & apps from the old user account to the new user account. Only after you are sure that all of your files & apps transferred can you delete the old user account. I hope this works for you.
  3. I finally contacted MS & after hours trying to fix this I ended up having to create a new user account, transfer all of my files & apps from the old one & then delete the old user account. Now everything works!
  4. I have an HP 320-1120m touch all in one desktop. I'm running Windows 10. I uninstalled some programs that someone on the HP forum said I didn't need. My live mail won't work now & the run command won't work. I did a system restore but they still aren't working. My Live mail rejects my logon as wrong user name or password but I can go online & sign in with that user name & password just fine. When I type in run it used to come up run desktop app & I would choose that but it doesn't come up anymore. Can anyone please help me?
