  1. I've tried scannow and dism, tried "repair upgrade", then repeated. I also checked ALL values of "ShowStatusBar" in the registry - all are set to "1". I uninstalled and reinstalled the display driver. NOTE: The file explorer status bar displays properly in the built-in administrator account, so this is an oddity of my primary account.
