  1. Having brought my new laptop 10 !! days ago I am already dreading the day. Since then I have contacted Microsoft 4 times after the initial update had numerous interventions to fix the BCOD then only to be told by the retailer to reinstall it, now I find it wont install anything error after error. give me a hammer.
