  1. Thank you, bBurgess. I found it. I can't believe the salesman said it was not on Windows 10. Thank goodness for this forum & you. I appreciate it.
  2. I bought a new laptop to make videos from our GoPro camera. New laptop came with Windows 10. Windows Media Player does not exist in W 10. What is a good alternative to use? I had no issues burning music CD's using Windows Media Player. I know it is going to take some time to learn this new OS but I have no idea what to use now that media player is gone. I am not tech savvy but I follow directions well.
  3. Thank you for the information. I did exactly as you said but I never saw that screen. I only had the screen that said add a family member or other user. I wonder if because it is my name & I added a local account for myself (by mistake) I am now stuck with it. I guess I should have asked what the purpose of a local account for myself would be. As you can tell I am definitely not a savvy tech person. So I am still stuck with that local account.
  4. I inadvertently added a local account for myself. I am the only one who uses the laptop with Windows 10. Can I delete it? I would prefer to just have my Microsoft account.
  5. I just bought a new laptop with Windows 10. I am learning to navigate. I need to know how to add an icon to my screen? I would like to be able to just click the icon in the taskbar to open my mail. Is this possible?
