    I have the same problem. Every time I reboot I must go into Network and Internet Settings and run the troubleshooter. When the troubleshooter can not fix the problem it asks if you want to run as an administrator do that and it is able to start the correct services and the wireless works fine. I think the update has changed the startup of some services from Automatic to Manual and if I knew which ones to change I would tell you. I think the two that need to be changed are : Network Connections and Network List Service. Like I said I an not sure if these are the two that need to be changed to Automatic or if there are more than just these two. I am going to do some more checking around and if I find out what services need to be changed I will update this post. In the mean time if someone with more knowledge than me knows what services need to be running for the network to work that would be great. Any and all help is appreciated.
